DC- Rock Creek Park

Weather: 90's, really humid

Comments:
*Day 4 of 4 in the Four Days, Four Cities Tour*
Solo. Rock Creek Park is pretty nice. I met a fine young lady who was tanning in the outfield of a baseball field. Got a couple hills in too. Shins felt pretty nice but I need to keep icing and doing calf exercises. My mileage this week was 2 miles below what I wanted, but I'm not anal enough to sweat it. The heat was the main factor in that anyway.

I spent the morning watching the 150th anniversary reenactment of the First Battle of Bull Run. Even though I knew the outcome I still tried to start a few "U-S-A!" chants.
