Long run

Comments:
Legs were pretty tired all day long but surprisingly not so bad on the run. Both IT bands are kind of tight goin up an down hills but no pain. Quads are still very sore and I keep bleeding on my socks an shoes from the cuts on my achillies. Last mile or two were pretty exhausting but that's understandable. I'm ready for my full mileage this coming week!
