Long Run

Weather: cloudy, wet

Comments:
another 6am long run. started first mile around 8 min pace to warm up, then began working down. not sure of exact splits on middle miles, but last mile was in 6:40 without a lot of acceleration. good run overall.

NOTE: knee soreness from yesterday, which i believe was patella tendon tightness, was present for a few miles but went away is is no longer bothering me.
