Comments:
ran in the morning before church. i decided that i'd start my watch, and just run without worrying about the pace. it was slower than i'd usually run, but i was tired and needed somewhat of a break. i was still a little sore, and somewhat dehydrated-- i think running in the morning does that to me. since it's not significantly cooler in the morning-- maybe 10-15 degrees, but still humid-- i think i prefer running in the afternoon because i'm hydrated. the past few days, i felt light-headed after running, and overheated a bit, maybe from dehydration. anyways, the run was relaxing, uneventful. stretched.
started reading 'born to run' today. i'm really enjoying it.
