Weather: 73, humid, cloudy

Comments:
Longest run since before spring injury, felt okay right off the bat. Kept pace around 9:50 which helped with fatigue, brought a frozen snickers and ate it at mile 6 (seems to go down okay and helps with last few miles). Felt pretty good at the end and managed to stumble at race pace for last few yards. Rolled, legs up, ice bath and recov sox afterwards. A bit sore next day.
