So glad the heat is gone. A little over 2.5 up, then 5x300m hills with jog back down as recovery. I didn't feel good, but much better than previous days. Felt like I was over striding or my turnover was just really slow. Stretch/core at the gym after. About a mile to the gym and a half mile home from the gym.
