Really struggling to run in the heat. Needed a confidence booster and generally got one with this effort. Settled into a nice easy pace (between 6.6 and 7 mph) and just kept on for 2 hours. Took a 2 minute stretching break at 6 miles (time included). Drank at least 80oz water and needed it. Kept to about 164 strides per minute throughout. Only problem was some chafing on the inner legs despite large amounts of vasaline.
