Ran 2 then 1 miles in the neighborhood and back out for another 4. As I was running in my hood, I could hear some sound coming from the forest and river behind some houses. It sounded like someone hitting a pot with a stick or something. It sounded like it was following me, even miles away from my house. My neighbors heard it too and were freaking out in their yard. Knee felt good, just a bit uncomfortable for the last 2 miles
