Comments:
Morning run with Mike. Felt GREAT! Especially compared to the last few days. Leg didn't give me any problems until about mile 6, but even that wasn't much of an issue (just tightened up and felt a slight difference in stride, nothing painful.)

Strides afterward with 100 metr jog in between.
