I wanted to get miles in before the workout but didnt get off work till 5:45. This was an okay workout... legs were feeling tight so I didnt push it as hard as last week. I didnt focus well on the first two reps and just stuck with Haile's pace since he was pushing it. The last three were solo and thats when i focused more, but I should have had that mentality from the beginning. Last one i went through 600m in 2 flat and then just kicked the last 400 in 69 to work my speed a bit.
