in preparation for the triathlon, i'm trying to incorporate two bike workouts, and two swim workouts each week leading up to the race. today i biked some, ran, then biked more. it was kinda tiring. i biked to the bird park that i ran at over spring break. it's a reforested area that hosted the cycling and archery events for the '96 olympics.
after the run, i changed back into bike shoes and finished the 8-mile loop, then added another loop. the hills were a lot harder the second time around, because i was significantly more tired. but i felt comfortable on the bike, and it was good.
