cardinal directions

Comments:
ran along a trail at the bird park on the back side of stone mountain. it was a little weird that my legs weren't fresh starting the run, since i had biked there, but i felt pretty good anyways. the trail had concrete markers with a red cardinal and an arrow pointing the way. the trail wasn't very long, so i looped through a few times to get the distance. ran for time, so it's an estimated distance, but it's what i planned. drank some water, hopped back on the bike.

after the bike, stretched at my dad's, talked about triathlon, drove home. 4x40 abs alt w/ 4x25 pushups.
