woke up pretty early for a morning 3 miles, just to get some more in for the day overall cause of yesterdays weather debacle and subsequent failed run. no xc practice today cause the knee aint feeling too good and whatever they do at practice will be intensee, so adding 3 morning miles to it wont be good. so, ill do some easy miles again later on and call it a day.
