Got there just in time for the mile, very little warmup, felt like shit and ran 4:50 for a full mile, which about ties my 1600 PR of 4:48. Definitely not an all out effort. I feel like I could run 4:40 on a fresh day, easy. I also feel like sub 10 should be very doable on a fresh day. Just reinforces how I think our hs training was wrong when I can tie my track PR after 2 months of all base training. Also got into a 4x100 with some fast guys and we blew it away.
