workout Thresh hold ran on pace for the most part. but felt terrible just not good at all. my legs were killing me. My left knee was hurting throughout the run. and on the cool down my hip was acting up. Im guessing its the shoes, im buying new ones tmr. ran an extra mile at the hilton park while waiting for mahon
