surface- trails, some road

hydration- 6/10

workout- 8/10. At least I think so. Leave it to me to not log right away and then have the site crash. But my vague memories indicate that i felt good, and that i didn't have any issues.

OTR- str, probably ft drills... crunches? maybe.
