First Vineyard Run

I was feeling pretty fresh so I decided to speed this run up a bit. My running stride is much smaller now that I’m not wearing sneakers, and it was almost comical to run faster since my legs were cycling very quickly, but I still wasn’t going very fast. I’m estimating my average stride to be a foot, which is kind of ridiculous, but I’m pretty sure that long strides aren’t a good idea generally. Anyway, I got tired after the first mile and a half because I’m guessing I’m taking something like twice as many steps as usual, but that means good things for when I make my stride a bit longer. I think I did something slightly wrong during this run, but I’ll try to fix it as time goes by. Fastest run of the summer, woot!
