Weather: 79 degrees, HHH

Comments:
5pm, Wormer-Grant Hill Rd-Relyea loop.

Doctor cleared me to run. Said that the inflamation was the result of running in the heat with my laces too tight. While I think that sounds dubious, I am willing to accept the diagnosis because it means I can return to running. Also, I DO believe that it's back to a point where I CAN run on it again without doing damage.
