Exercise Type: Run
Weather: A little hot; not too bad
Comments:
With Drew for the first part. Started out a little slower and shins were feeling good, probably because I took yesterday off. On the way back I was feeling good overall so I picked it up a bit. Run was 30:35 on the way out and 28:00 on the way back. Didn't feel overly tired or anything after which was a good sign. I'm starting to feel more and more like I did in April, which can only be a good thing.
