First time I've ever gotten in a 10 miler in prep for VT, so that's good news. Felt OK, 2nd half was a real slog. There's one hill at about 9 miles that's really long and steep up Kennesaw Mountain that sometimes I have to stop on but I got through it pretty well. I'm going to see how I feel this Saturday. If I have a good run Saturday then I'll do this run again next week before 100on100. If not I'll dial it back a bit
