Pretty good today, felt good especially considering yesterday's effort

3200- 10:04
Felt really easy, even easier than the 4:40 last week. Even split it, but eliott got pretty damn annoying trying to take the lead before he died. On a related note, no hurry to race this again anytime soon. Way too boring and definitely not my kind of race.

1st 1000- 2:46
Ran it relaxed like I was told to, didn't feel so bad, easier than the 2 mile

2nd 1000- 2:58
Ran it on a whim with the other guys, and it was not as fun as the first :( Still wasn't terrible though.

All in all feeling really strong and definitely in the best shape i've ever been in.
