Comments:
Did a tempo workout today. Did the first and last ones on the track, the middle two were out and back on the prospect loop. Felt really tired going into this workout. I did, or at least tried the first one with Maag and I fell off since he broke 10 and I'm not used to starting that fast. The rest were with the second group. The second rep felt just as bad. We were going pretty fast by the end of it. The third was slower since it was a little long and it was uphill. Then the last one on the track was fine. Ted and I felt great and it was smooth and easy.
