tried for a workout today, 3-2-1 on the bikepath. i managed 2 sets, which is ok i guess considering its my first real workout of the summer (fml, its way to late to be honestly saying that). did it on the new section of the bikepath, which is nice but its not on gmaps yet so the total mileage is a bit of a guess. 1 mile was a warmup and 2 miles cooldown. not the best feeling 3-2-1 ive ever done but im gonna have to live with it. the left knee did not like this workout btw. not at all
