Comments:
3 warm-up, 12x400m up and down sewer road, 3 cool-down
Half were into the wind, half were with it at our backs. Averaged 71-ish with the wind at our backs, 74-76 into the wind, usually depending on how strong it was. The speed felt tough, first real interval workout, but felt very strong aerobically. Did not get much tougher from the first to the last.
