Comments:
With Yenk. Started out slow, and my shin hurt a bit, but then we picked it up and my shins felt a lot better. This is the second day in a row that it's the case so I'm hopeful that I might have turned the corner on this. Today before the run I remembered to do calf raises and it may have helped my shins.
Starting to feel like myself again.
