workout- 8/10. I felt pretty good overall, at 15min i hit a bunch of hills and my right ankle was bugging me a tad, but like usual it went away and never bothered me again. During that general time i was feeling kind of tired, then felt good for the next big chunk of time, at about 20min to go i felt tired again, but luckily the rest of the run was flat, so not too bad. My watch gives a distance estimate, but it may or may not be accurate; hopefully it's close.
