Hot and Sunny....

Comments:
I had to fit in my workout during the hottest part of the day after having spent the morning working in the sun so I did the best I could. My first 2.5 miles were fine, at about 6:55 pace but I was considerably slower after that. Again, I think it was the time of day mixed with how tired I was because otherwise it definitely would have been doable.
