I ran a road loop backwards, which meant about 2 miles of hills. More pavement than I've been doing, which is ok, but I prefer grass. Easy day. Also, hills are just not daunting anymore. Perhaps I haven't found a difficult hill yet. I guess they're normally hard because you have to hit the ground with your toe, but I'm doing that anyway, so it's not much different than flat.
