Flew to Panama city beach Florida with my family for vacation this were. Too busy in the morning to run so I switched today's 2-a-day with the progressive run this week. 15 minute warm up at 7:10 pace or so. Went into the progressive run at 6:30 for 5min, 6:00 for 5 min. Planned on hitting 5:45 for the next segment, but the treadmill turned off after a min or so at that pace. I restarted it and tried 5:45 again but it shut down again. Decided to just say screw it and kept it at 5:50 pace for the rest of it. Pretty disappointed that I couldnt really do this workout as fast as I wanted, but my legs are a little tired afterwords so I guess I got at least a little benefit from it. Faster cool down to make up for it.
