5x1000m lake LT pace

Comments:
Drove all day up to St. A, was tired, and didn't know a good mile loop and the weather was looking nasty so instead of 3x1 mile at LT pace, I did 5x1000 closer by. Weights in gym and 2 mile warmup. Ran the lake in l-ville 1000m with a 1 min jog recovery in between. Cool down only 1 mile bc weather was bad. Started out slower and ran descending times. Slow 4:27, 4:24, 4:15, 4:07, 4:01. Pace a lot slower than the 3:40-3:45 pace I did them at least season, but did not give full out effort.
