Wanted to run faster than steady, so decided a bit under 8:00 pace would be good. This worked for the first loop, but then was too slow so I sped up for the next 3 miles or so. It was pretty gusty because a storm front is rolling in, but my run is next to the beach which generally means my running weather includes pleasant breezes. Loop times were 12:31, 11:49, 11:44. Ran something like 15 minutes after finishing a 2.2-mile kayak paddle.
