Comments:
tried to do this in the morning, but felt sick so had to stop 3 minutes into workout. did it at night after shift, so was a bit tired, but weather was nicer and wasn't feeling sick anymore. about a 5 min warmup (i had done a 10 min warmup in the morning), then the 3 mile tempo with moderate hills. also, i ran a lot on grass, which was very slippery during the storm, so i took off 15 sec from the overall time to compensate for this. felt strong, in great shape at this point. taking protein shakes to keep weight above 130 since high mileage+hard gym workouts is making me lose weight.
