summer running with mount boys

an interesting workout today with the mount crew, we warmed up with a church loop (its only like 2 miles if u go down crawford instead of logee), then did arena hills in sets of 2 (3 sets for a total of 6) with 10 pushups in between each set. then did 2 jesus circle relay things (which KILLED my hamstrings, literally they hurt so bad the next morning, tight as hell), and ended it off with a good old session of wall humps, side to side jumps, front to back jumps, and situps. it was a good day, but lower mileage than i was expecting. cant complain tho, it was a good workout, especially the hills. those kind of knocked me back into reality that im sort of out of shape... hang in there buddy, and stretch!
pace is off cause i didnt time the jesus hill relays, but whatevs
