Weather: 70 humid but nice.

Comments:
right shin a little sore mid/lower inner, but felt fine after 15-20 min. ghost pain.

felt good and fluid picking up the pace, barely felt like 6 min pace at the end. first loop easy, then steady first half of 2nd loop, then tempo last 1.9. legs felt good.
