Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Shortened my long run a bit this week for shortened mileage. Ran with Blaire, Brooke, and Natalia from the half blue house. Detour to the bathrooms at the top of the Shaker Lakes, climbed on that cool rope pyramid, got in our altitude training for the season. Saw some houses on Shelburne with fake looking grass. The others dropped me off at the house while they added some extra mileage on. Bummed I missed the swearing session. Stretch, benchdips, abs 8x35, hips while waiting for them to finish. Jammin came over, he waited with me. Then with like 19 minutes until I needed to be babysitting, we went to Liquid Planet and I got a FREE smoothie! Elvis Chill. yummm. I drank it really fast, my stomach kind of hurt afterwards. But it was worth it. Plan is to get in some swimming today to make up for missed mileage. I just need to get myself out the door at some point...
