went to work for the first day today. i was feeling pretty good-- no pain, and my wounds are starting to clear up, so i figured i should go into the office sometime before my last week. didn't really do much, but that was normal. i was feeling really antsy though, and i decided i was going to run. my mom tried to convince me to only run two miles, but i laughed. i took it really easy- ran at henderson, and held back when i felt it was necessary. my neck was a little sore, and i'm pretty sure it wasn't my head aching. it felt really good to be running again though. i think i'll increase by two each day, maybe up to ten, then try to run 50ish next week. planks 4x1'
