Comments:
run at fairmont park, started to downpour halfway through the run. I stayed relaxed and my legs wanted to go fast, i was trying to keep my turnover fast but also was trying to keep the pace very easy. I felt really comfortable and on the way back up i worked a little on the hill but still it wasn't that hard. legs felt really good.
