With the CPTC. Market got absolutely lit up and I had been at work for 13 hours strung out on coffee, was stupid to try. 1.5 miles up then 3.5 mile tempo at 6 minute pace. The workout was supposed to be a 5.1 mile cutdown (3 front loops in the park) cutting down from 6:15 pace to 5:45 pace but we started to fast and I felt like total shit. Stopped towards the beginning of the workout. If I'm really going to do this I need to find a way to sleep at least 7 hours a night (vs. 5) and eat way healthier.
