running down the long hallway

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: inside, air quality was a bitch though

Comments:
did 4 sets of 4 x about 190m sprints down the hallway on the bottom floor with about 30 secs rest in between each one, 2 min between sets except for between the middle 2 sets which was 4 min, started feeling sick towards the middle and end but got through it, i guess running in windy 20 degree weather is actually preferable to running indoors
