Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was supposed to run 4 repeats at 5:45 pace ...
Didn't go so well.
Mike and I thought the first one was right on pace but it was way too slow. The next one was perfect but we were more tired than we should have been for the pace. The next one was also perfect but we were really tired (my legs just didn't want to go.)
So I cut mine short to try again another day ... did 10X100 repeats (with 100 jogs in between) then 2 mile cool down.
