LT RUN AGAIN

Trying the LT run again ...

It definitely went better than Tuesday but it still wasn't ideal. The first and second miles were PERFECT and I felt great, but apparently crapped out completely on mile 3. I blame some of it on having to weave through people downtown on a Saturday night--definitely slowed me down considerably at points. I also slowed down naturally from being tired, but still the mile was just way way way too slow. Managed to pull back out the pace for the last mile but I was pushing way harder than I was at the beginning.

Felt better about this run but I'm still not there yet. Hopefully another week will get me on track.

10X100 sprints with 100 jogs in between afterward. Cooldown after that.
