Fartlek in Albuquerque at 6AM. 5-4-3-2-1 min. times two. Half recovery. Not sure if it was the altitude or lack of sleep/recovery from yesterday but this was ROUGH. First couple intervals were fine, felt strong, but I just couldn't recover well between intervals. This altitude stuff ain't no joke.

Went to breakfast with Chris afterward, had some delicious huevos rancheros.
