Comments:
I ran late enough to skip the rain, but the wind was still gusting at 25 mph. I was tight and lethargic from my bike ride yesterday for the first 20 minutes or so, but then I started to feel better and looser. The second half of the run was definitely faster than the first, because my first mile was 7:15 and my last 1.2 miles was 7:00ish. Goal for today was to make it a 20-mile week.
