Comments:
2 miles up on treadmill. 4.5 mile cooldown. 5:52, 5:52, 5:39, 5:39, 2:45. 1 mile cooldown on track. Felt allright. Knees a little sore on warmup and cooldown, but overall not too bad. Feel like i lost a little with travelling/lack of sleep/bad food the past two days.
