Ran 2 miles to the hill on naper/plain and had the sudden impulse to run a hill workout. Didn't have one set for today but I just felt like it. Ran 100m back and forth across the hill for 30 minutes and called it 4 miles. Progressed from easy up and easy down to tempo/hard up easy down. 2 slow miles back home. Legs feel great!
