Weather: 75, still humid
Comments:
4 minutes in, I got caught in a massive rainstorm and was soaked in 5 seconds. I opted to stop at a shelter by the tennis courts and wait for 10 minutes until it cleared up. Afterward it was soggy and damp on the golf course, which made for slow going at points, but ultimately it was ok. I was sore, but nothing really hurt, so that was a good sign. Also there was a metric fuckton of hills and that was not pleasant. I tried to keep the pace slower but once I got onto pavement I couldn't help but to pick it up. HR was 150 or so after so that was good.
