Comments:
5x300 1500 5x300 1500 5x300. 100 walk between 300s and 400 jog between sets. 300s felt a little awkward at first but settled into a good rhythm of 53s. Some were quicker. Dropped a 50-51 here and there. Picked it up the last set. 1500s were 4:49 and 4:46. Started pouring with 3x300s to go which kind of sucked, but also felt nice to cool off. Good work overall. Excited for the 5k on the track next week.
