Kind of dissapointed in this workout. I've been feeling nauseous and exhausted all day. Took 3 naps total I think, I've lost track. Woke up and ran about 5 minutes afterwords, so my legs took awhile to wake up on the warm up. Tempo mile felt easy on the legs, but I was already breathing heavily. Fartlek felt like I was going much faster than this pace, but then again my recovery jogs were really really slow. Was tired after the second interval and just tried to hang on for the rest of them. Why do I feel so out of shape all of a sudden? Need some teammates to push me harder I guess! 2 days till move-in.
