Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Fartlek run. Ran to JCP Soccer fields warm-up 1.7 miles, 2 min LT and 1 min recovery x 10 around the grass (5 laps), 6x100m strides after, 1.7 mile cool-down home.

My LT Pace was around 6:40. Felt good and strong. Neck/shoulders hurt towards the end as I started to tire.
