workout- 9/10. You know, today was good. Pretty nice weather, didn't fall on the treacherous slopes, felt good... except for when a bug flew down my throat with 10min left, and I'm pretty sure it was trying to crawl it's way out, made me want to puke. Good story, right? yeeahh.
